COLDFRAME was founded in the summer of 2014 by Heahee Park, the brand’s founder and designer, at its first showroom in Hannam-dong, Seoul.

Over the past decade, COLDFRAME has grown into one of Korea’s most distinctive and irreplaceable daily fine-jewelry brands, known for its creative and refined designs crafted in silver, gold, and gemstones.

Once payment has been completed, the payment method (such as the card used) cannot be modified.

If you need to change your payment method, please cancel or request a refund for the existing order and place a new one.

All COLDFRAME pieces are handcrafted to order in Seoul by experienced artisans.

Please allow up to 14 business days after payment for production and preparation for shipment. Delivery time after dispatch varies by destination.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Every COLDFRAME piece is made to order, so the fastest way to receive a different size or style is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order — your new piece will go into production right away.

14-Day Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price.

• Items must be unworn and in their original condition, with the COLDFRAME limestone case and polishing cloth included. The value of missing or damaged components may be deducted from your refund.
• Engraved or otherwise personalized pieces cannot be returned unless they are defective.
• To start a return, email help@coldframeofficial.com with your order number. Return shipping is arranged and paid for by the customer. Please use a shipping method with tracking — we are unable to issue refunds for returns lost in transit.
• Original shipping fees and import duties and taxes paid at checkout are non-refundable, except where local law requires otherwise.
• Once your return has arrived at our headquarters and been inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to reach you depends on your card issuer or payment provider.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us at help@coldframeofficial.com within 30 days of delivery. We will cover all shipping costs and provide a replacement or a full refund — whichever you prefer.

You may cancel your order until production begins. Please contact us as soon as possible; once production has started, cancellations and modifications are no longer possible.

Repairs are available for all COLDFRAME pieces. Please email us first at help@coldframeofficial.com with your order number and photos of the piece. We will review it and send you a quote before you ship it to us.

• For jewelry purchased within one year:
  Complimentary repairs are offered for services such as polishing, repairing broken necklace chains, resetting gemstones (if the original stone is still available), and fixing clasps.
  However, repairs for issues caused by customer negligence — such as lost gemstones, severe damage, or size adjustments — will incur a fee, even within the one-year period.
  
• For jewelry purchased after one year:
  Repairs will be subject to a service fee.
  

* Round-trip shipping costs for all repairs, including any customs duties and taxes, are paid by the customer.

For jewelry purchased more than one year ago, repairs are subject to a service fee.

Please note that the cost may vary depending on factors such as material loss, gemstone condition, or the type of repair required.

COLDFRAME silver jewelry can lose its shine or become discolored if exposed to cosmetics, perfumes, or other chemical substances, so please avoid direct contact with such materials whenever possible.

For long-term storage, we recommend keeping your jewelry in a poly bag to minimize exposure to air.

Over time, silver naturally develops a patina or slight discoloration — this is an inherent and unique characteristic of silver, contributing to its distinctive charm.

If the tarnish becomes noticeable, you can gently wipe the surface with a silver polishing cloth to restore its luster.

All COLDFRAME pieces come with a polishing cloth included in the package.

TownTalk x COLDFRAME

To prevent scratches, please avoid contact or friction between your COLDFRAME gold jewelry and other pieces.

Gold jewelry should be gently cleaned using lukewarm water and a soft brush, or maintained by carefully wiping it with a fine, soft cloth to preserve its shine and texture.

All COLDFRAME pieces come with a polishing cloth included in the package.

TownTalk x COLDFRAME

For jewelry set with gemstones or pearls, please avoid exposing it to liquids containing alcohol or any chemical substances, as they may damage or seep into the setting.

We also recommend keeping the jewelry away from sudden temperature changes and high-heat environments to preserve its natural beauty and durability.

COLDFRAME jewelry is crafted using 18K gold (75% pure gold) and 10K gold (41.7% pure gold), available in both white and yellow gold finishes.

Each piece is meticulously handcrafted by skilled artisans and adorned with high-quality gemstones, brought together in COLDFRAME’s distinctive and timeless designs.

COLDFRAME jewelry is crafted from sterling silver containing 92.5% pure silver, blending vintage elegance with modern sensibility.
