Exchanges

You may request an exchange within 7 business days from the date you receive your jewelry. Please note that additional shipping fees will apply for all exchanges.

Exchanges are not accepted in the following cases:

  • More than 7 days have passed since you received the jewelry.
  • The jewelry has been damaged, worn, or altered by the customer.
  • The jewelry has been resized, customized, or engraved at the customer’s request.
  • The value of the jewelry has decreased due to use or partial consumption.


Refunds

Please note that we are unable to accept returns for international orders due to a change of mind.

However, should you encounter any issues, please contact us by email at help@coldframeofficial.com within 7 days of receiving your jewelry in the following cases:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective.
  • You have received an incorrect item due to our oversight.
  • There are exceptional circumstances where a refund may be deemed necessary.
